These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of any goods from us. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Products

We supply clerical garments and accessories, including but not limited to robes, cassocks, albs, stoles, and vestments.

All product descriptions and images are for illustrative purposes only. Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings and materials.

 

3. Ordering Process

  • Orders can be placed online via our website.

  • You will receive an order confirmation via email. This does not constitute acceptance.

  • A legally binding contract is formed only when we dispatch your order.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion (e.g. suspected fraud, stock unavailability).

 

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT (where applicable).

  • Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.

  • We accept payment via Visa Debit, MasterCard, PayPal, Klarna

  • Payment must be received in full before dispatch.

5. Delivery

  • We deliver throughout the UK and internationally.

  • Warehouse will receive orders every FRIDAY so any alterations will need to be made before the Friday after your purchase, contact us contact@divineclericalrobes.com

  • Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed.

  • You are responsible for ensuring delivery details are correct.

  • Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

 

6. Returns and Refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel most purchases within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

Return Conditions:

  • Custom-made, personalised, or altered items cannot be returned unless faulty.

  • Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

To initiate a return, contact us at contact@divineclericalrobes.com with your order number.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.

7. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, notify us within 7 days. We will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

 

8. Custom Orders

Clerical robes and vestments that are made to order or tailored are non-returnable unless they are faulty or not as described.

Please double-check all measurements, colours, and embroidery details before placing a custom order.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018.

  • Your personal information is used only for order processing, delivery, and customer service.

  • We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

  • Any delay or failure in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control.

Our total liability in respect of any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
