You will receive an order confirmation via email. This does not constitute acceptance.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
6. Returns and Refunds
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel most purchases within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
Return Conditions:

Custom-made, personalised, or altered items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.

7. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, notify us within 7 days. We will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
8. Custom Orders
Clerical robes and vestments that are made to order or tailored are non-returnable unless they are faulty or not as described.
Please double-check all measurements, colours, and embroidery details before placing a custom order.
